General Grooming Hours

We are BY APPOINTMENT and may come in early or stay later depending on boarding and appointment needs. 

No. We only groom cats. 

We offer a range of grooming services, including bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. 

Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice is subject to the whole grooming fee. You will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid. We send text and email reminders 7 and 2 days before the appointment. We realize there are emergencies, but we work one-on-one and can not financially tolerate missed appointments. We will not offer them more if people do not respect our time. 

We offer boarding only for our current customers. Please call for details if you are currently a customer.

Please pre-treat your cat before coming in, and let us know if it has fleas. It is IMPOSSIBLE to eradicate an infested cat with shampoo. If your pet is found to have a few fleas, we will use flea shampoo. Bathing and cleaning a cat with fleas costs $15.00 more because it takes more time. 

For the past 8 years, I have been working with an assistant. For the last year, I have been working by myself. Having been feline exclusive for almost 15 years, I have more than enough clients for one person, and my main goal is to provide them with quality services.  I have hours of administrative work and cleaning in addition to the grooming. I also do boarding for our own customers. I don't have time to do more. Please do not ask me to make exceptions. Asking me to do more implies that I don't do enough, and it doesn't flatter me; it incenses me. I have provided a list of other groomers in the area accepting new customers. Please get in touch with one of them. 

I'm not sure if I ever will. I am retiring in 6 years or less. After that, I hope to educate and train more cat groomers so that cats have more options for feline-exclusive grooming. 

Current customers are those we have served within the past two years. If you are a current customer and get another cat, you can add that cat to your profile. If it has been over two years since your last service date, you are considered a new customer. Cats must live within YOUR residence. You can not add relatives, neighbors or your friends cats to your file. Doing so will result in termination of services. Yes, people have tried.
